We are happy to take instructions form both employers and employees in relation to employment issues on a nationwide basis. Depending upon location we can visit the workplace or indeed the home address of the employee so as to take instructions.



Making staff redundant or dismissing staff on capability or conduct grounds can prove very daunting. Our aim is to take the worry away and advise employers on how to conduct disciplinary and grievance meetings and appeals. If your company does not have any procedures set out in writing we are happy to provide you with the same and will update these as the law in this field changes.

We are happy to draft letters to staff and assist in how investigations should take place and how meetings should be conducted.

Redundancy procedures can prove very difficult. We can provide assistance and advice in which staff to include and how to select the staff that will be made redundant. We will put procedures in place to ensure that the selection process should pass any level of scrutiny by an employment tribunal in relation to its fairness.

Our intention is to provide your existing staff with training where appropriate and ongoing support so that your business can concentrate on making a profit rather than staffing issues. If staffing issues do arise we will ensure that you can deal with them quickly and efficiently with the minimum of disruption to your business.

All employers from time to time become involved in employment tribunal proceedings. If you become involved in such a case, we are more than happy to take the matter on based on a fixed fee. This will ensure that your legal fees do not spiral out of control and you end up paying your solicitor more than the actual case settled for.

If we feel that you are unlikely to win or indeed if you wish to settle the case on economic grounds we will provide you with the appropriate advice and assistance to achieve that goal. If however the case is to be defended then we will ensure that a very robust case is put before the tribunal.


We can assist employees in relation to facing disciplinary problems at work or indeed raising a grievance. It is always best to seek advice as soon as any problems occur rather than waiting until the point when you may have already been dismissed.

We are happy to conduct employment tribunal proceedings on behalf of employees. Subject to an assessment, we are also prepared to conduct such cases on a No Win No Fee basis.
